An Approach to Protein Structure Using Information Geometry

In the light of recent structural developments in DNA diversity crystallographic studies and Protein Data Bank [1], this note is intended to draw attention an interesting feature ordering amino acids along protein chains. They all exhibited clustering compared a random distribution, so there stable long range that unexpected. To date we have no clear explanation why should be case.
